-Fire, Water, Earth, Wind, Lightning, Ice/Snow, Metal, Shadow/Dark, Light/Holy, Gravity, Poison, Nature, Neutral(it means no element)

Level: (If is it shikai or bankai.) All captains and vizard leaders may obtain bankai but if you are a vice captain, normal shinigami, or normal vizard then you must apply to get bankai where you post you zanpaktou.

Blade Description: (Describe what it looks like and the definition in sealed state, shikai, and bankai.)

Owner: (The name of your character)
